CL Construction is the subcontracted metal building erector for the GreenState Millard Activity Center, working under Sampson Construction as the General Contractor. The project includes erecting an 85,000‑square‑foot, state‑of‑the‑art community facility located on a 40‑acre campus near 204th & Q Street in Omaha. Once complete, the center will support athletics, innovation, and year‑round programming for students, families, and the surrounding community.
